Joe specializes in helping individuals and businesses navigate complex tax matters with clarity and confidence. He has extensive experience preparing and reviewing multi-state tax returns and addressing the challenges that arise when clients operate, invest, or reside across multiple jurisdictions. In the real estate space, he advises clients on transactions, ownership structures, and ongoing tax planning, helping them maximize tax efficiency while remaining compliant. He also works closely with clients to understand and plan for the tax implications of stock options and other forms of equity compensation. In addition, he has experience with agricultural clients, trusts, non-profits and the expertise to navigate IRS and state notice resolution.
What Joe enjoys most about his work is helping clients solve intricate tax problems and answering challenging questions.
